Thank you, SIX PARKS LADIES GOLF LEAGUE, for your successful “Tee It Up Against Cancer” Golf Tournament at Howling Trails! We are humbled by the support from the community towards helping local cancer patients in need through the Renaissance Cancer Foundation.
Friday, February 28 had the perfect weather for the Annual Charity Golf Tournament organized by the Ladies League, and spearheaded by Ms. Dianna Reed. Ms. Reed is a retired school teacher from La Joya ISD and brave cancer survivor. More than 50 baskets were raffled throughout the event — all courtesy of generous businesses in the Mission area.
Cancer survivors were honored at the awards presentation, along with the top 3 winning teams. We thank all participants for their continuous support of the Renaissance Cancer Foundation!
